Your Role:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements

• Organize workshops, brainstorming sessions, and development meetings to define functional needs

• Translate complex business requests into actionable user stories and functional specs

• Partner with technical experts to ensure clear, complete product detailed specifications

• Facilitate meetings between business and technology teams to validate requirements ?

• Recommend business process improvements aligned with Core Banking capabilities

• Maintain ownership of documentation across the project lifecycle

• Contribute to the testing strategy, perform functional testing, and support UAT phases

• Support Post-Go-Live checks and ensure successful solution deployment ?

• Contribute to developing additional services around the product offering

? Your Profile:

• Proven experience as Business Analyst, preferably within banking and payment environments

• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Skilled in facilitating workshops and driving cross-team collaboration ?

• Good understanding of functional testing and UAT processes

• Fluent in English (French is a plus!)

• Available to work in Lausanne with occasional on-site presence
