The mission of the School of Practical Arts is to train students in the operational demands of the hospitality industry, including the management of food and beverage services, guest reception, staff supervision, and event organization. The programs focus on service excellence, attention to detail, as well as culinary and hospitality expertise. They allow students to develop practical skills that complement their theoretical knowledge.

What will you do?
- Teach novice students about the importance of the Rooms Division in the hospitality industry, through theoretical sessions about back office and housekeeping management, as well as practical sessions focused on learning a PMS at a hotel front desk (Opera) and room cleaning procedures, etc.
- Prepare your classroom teaching sessions, supervise and mentor students in the field.
- Carry out the weekly follow-up of students.
- Develop links with the hotel industry within your specialization.
Who you are?
- You have a diploma from an hospitality school i.e. Brevet Federal, BTS Hébergement, Specialized school Diploma or a diploma judged equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the Rooms division, in the domain of Front office and/or housekeeping, basic knowledge in concierge and guest relations would be an asset.
- Great command of the English language.
- You have experience in or an interest in teaching.
- You want to pass on your knowledge and professional experiences to students from an array of horizons and cultures.
- You have the ability to anticipate, you are autonomous and creative.
