The Marketing department at EHL is responsible for promoting the institution’s brand, programs, and values to a global audience. It develops and implements strategic campaigns to attract students, industry partners, and stakeholders. Through digital marketing, content creation, and event promotion, the team enhances EHL’s visibility and engagement. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies, the department supports the school’s growth and reputation in the hospitality industry.

The mission of the Global Market Research Manager is to play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. This position has a global scope, serving all Education segments and teams in EHL across all geographies. It aims to enhance EHL’s competitive edge in the education sector by delivering comprehensive market analyses that inform and support the institution’s growth and innovation initiatives.
What will you do?
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative market studies to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the education sector.
- Analyze market data and provide detailed reports with strategic recommendations for the BUs / internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and development departments to align market research with institutional goals.
- Implement & manage competitive watch for the group, feeding group-wide audience with actionable insights on their developments.
- Manage relationships with external research service providers and ensure the quality of collected data.
- Present research findings clearly and convincingly to executive teams and other stakeholders.
Who you are?
- You have a bachelor or master degree in marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- You have minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, preferably in the education or services sector.
- You have expertise in project management.
- You are proficient with market research tools and data analysis software (SPSS, SAS, etc.).
- You have strong problem-solving skill and ability to develop a solid approach to answer Business questions.
- You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data & translate into meaningful insights.
- You have a strategic thinking.
- You have good listening skills and you are at ease working with a multitude of different stakeholders.
- You are agile, curious, and resourceful.
- You are fluent in French and in English (C1).
