Main duties

• Coordination of project management in the Innovation and Renovation teams for Sonic Suisse Genetics
• Management of project teams, timelines, milestones, meetings, risks, budgets, and resources
• Support with documentation required for Project Management and Quality Systems such as project charter & description, development reports, and risk assessments
• Coordination of internal and external communication related to Innovation and Renovation projects
• Solution-provider for project teams
• Evaluation of project inquiries with resource assessment and prioritization
• Participation and support within the Sonic Suisse project management team, which is responsible for cross-functional implementations, reporting into the group portfolio coordination

Who we are looking for

• University degree in Biology Sciences or equivalent, ideally with good knowledge in genetics
• Fluent in German, French and English
• Several years of work experience in project management
• Recognized project management certification and/or Asana knowledge are a plus
• Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality with a high level of self-motivation, capable to work autonomously
• Customer-centered and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel (<30%)
• Resident in Switzerland or valid Swiss work permit

Location

Main office in Lausanne or Geneva, with activities in Zürich, Bern, Lugano, and Buchs.
