As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing order handling, validation, service entry, and billing processes for B2B products. Your focus will be on ensuring rapid processing times and maintaining high-quality standards in order validation and billing, in line with target agreements. Join our team to help streamline our operations and deliver exceptional service to our business clients.
Tasks:
- Responsible for the correct commercial order validation of all B2B orders
- Ensure accurate generation and cross-checking of first service invoices, verifying ordered services and pricing details
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure seamless order handling and keep them informed throughout the process
- Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers and partners during service implementation and the first billing cycle
- Coordinate and manage smaller projects or sub-projects within the relevant business areas
- Taking on incoming customer inquiries in compliance with the defined SLA or customer request deadlines
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues, working actively to resolve problems during critical situations
Requirements:
- Administrative or commercial training
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- High service orientation in dealing with internal and external customers combined with a precise way of working
- Mentally strong and a team player
- Willingness to go the "extra mile" to provide first-class customer service
- Excellent language skills in French and English mandatory, German and Italian an advantage
