Your Mission:
You own, orchestrate, and execute product and packaging development projects (renovations and innovations) from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs, operational feasibility, and business goals.
You lead cross-functional project teams across the product value chain (R&D, product development, culinary, operations, marketing, sales, finance) to deliver projects on time, in full, and within budget, while staying agile.
You define, track and evaluate product performance KPIs and identify corrective actions to maintain a strong and healthy product portfolio.
You continuously improve processes along the product value chain by capturing learnings and driving change across teams.
You collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams to resolve product and portfolio-related issues swiftly and smoothly.
You:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field with strong academic performance or equivalent hands-on experience.
Bring 3+ years of experience in product / category / brand management management, consulting, project management, or product development.
Bring experience in the food sector or at least a genuine passion for food.
Demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deliver results with precision and communicate clearly across stakeholders.
Apply analytical thinking to translate performance KPIs and market insights into impactful decisions and actions.
Collaborate effectively across functions including R&D, operations, marketing, and sales with a strong team mindset.
Show eagerness to learn, take initiative, stay resilient under pressure, and thrive in an agile work environment.
Speak English and German fluently; other languages are a bonus.
