We are looking for a Campus Marketing Specialist - Employer Branding (90-100%) to partner with the business and to drive long-term value for our clients and our people through attracting and hiring the right talents. Work location would be Zurich with possibility to work from home.
As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role to attract the best talents on the market in close collaboration with our leaders, hiring managers and other teams. Understanding our business issues and imperatives and identifying and implementing Employer Branding and Campus Marketing solutions will extend your talents. Your key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative campus marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among students and promote our organization as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and design targeted event campaigns to attract the best talent from our target universities in Switzerland
- Partner with universities and student organizations to build strong relationships and expand our presence on these campuses
- Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, workshops, and informational sessions to engage with students and showcase our brand and career opportunities
- Support the creation of branded marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital content, and social media campaigns, tailored to the student and graduate audience
- Track and analyze marketing initiatives' performance metrics, including ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Manage campus ambassador programs and student engagement initiatives to build brand advocacy among student communities
- Stay updated on industry trends, campus recruiting best practices, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for employer branding
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, or a related field in a similar international environment
- Prior experience in campus recruiting, employer branding, or marketing is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with students and university staff
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative campus marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing analytics to report, advise and optimize on results
- Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, events, and best practices in Switzerland
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Openness to travel (within Switzerland) and work select evenings in order to participate in events
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills are a prerequisite
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
