Nous recherchons un spécialiste des transferts gratuits à Genève. Cette mission de 12 mois fait partie de notre équipe des opérations.
Tâches
- Gérer les livraisons gratuites de valeurs mobilières, actions et fonds.
- Émettre des fax et envoyer des instructions via swift aux contreparties.
- Suivre l'état des instructions swift et mettre à jour le système bancaire.
Compétences
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en finance.
- Connaissance des marchés boursiers et des fonds d'investissement.
- Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais requis.

Free Transfer Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Security transfer specialist for a 12 months temporary mission as part of our Operations team based in Geneva.
Main Responsibilities
- Be in charge of the deliveries free of payment: incoming/outgoing/internal for all kind of security, shares, bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds…
- Issue faxes and send to the counterparty
- Send instructions to our custodians/depositaries through swift MT540/ MT542/MT599 or faxes
- Follow up the status of the swift instructions or fax instructions and act in order to have the transfer settled on time and update the core banking system.
- Open accounts with the transfer agent when necessary
- Be in contact with different departments such as Security Master, Investment fund, tax team, compliance team, reconciliation team… for the transfer purpose
- Reconcile our cash positions linked to tax or fees issued from trades and align securities position.
Skills and Experience
- Min 2 years in a similar role within the financial or asset management industry.,
- Good knowledge of Stock markets, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, etc.
- Strong team player and able to deliver in very high periods of activity.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ideally, he/she have been exposed to the following systems : Temenos – GTmatch– GTExchange (formely stelink)or swift, Easyway, Vestima, SIX SIS and/or XACT.
- Fluent in French and very good English level in writing and speaking.
