As a Global HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our HR strategy on a global scale. You will work closely with executive management and regional HR teams to ensure our HR initiatives align with business objectives and foster a positive employee experience.

Missions
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR plans and policies that align with business goals.
- Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor on HR matters to executive management.
- Global HR Projects: Lead and participate in global HR projects and initiatives.
- Talent Management: Focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion across all HR processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional and local HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices.
- Performance Management: Implement effective performance management systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
Profil du candidat
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 6 years + of experience in a regional or Global HR role within a global environment.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, people management, and change management skills.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
