As On continues its rapid expansion, our Talent team is in search of a dynamic and passionate Senior Lead of Organizational Design & Effectiveness to lead our transformative journey. This position will play a critical role in shaping On’s organizational effectiveness to support overall team’s performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and performance optimization.
Your Mission

Work with senior leaders and talent business partners to conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement, recommend structural changes, and ensure alignment with business goals

Implement strategies and interventions to improve organizational effectiveness, enhancing team collaboration and communication

Use data and performance metrics to continuously assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements

Coach and mentor Talent Business Partners on the required skillset and capabilities to assess organizational health in relation to team goals and strategic priorities

Partner with Talent Business Partners and leaders to ensure that organizational design changes are effectively communicated and embraced

Serve as a subject matter expert on organizational effectiveness, providing guidance to teams on best practices and strategies.
