La Découverte is a bilingual French-English school offering its pupils an active learning environment. Based in Geneva and Mies, it is open to all children aged 3 to 12. For our Mies Campus (Vaud), we are currently looking for a
for the start of the next school year in August 2025.
Required qualifications:
A university degree and teacher qualification. Work permit for Switzerland or citizen of Schengen area
Required experience:
At least two years experience working with primary students (4-12). Experience working with students with a range of learning styles and needs. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team and to be flexible when working with others.
Preferred experience:
Understanding of and experience working with inquiry-based/ alternative education programmes. Knowledge of the Plan d’Etudes Romand learning objectives. Experience of creating sequences of lessons.
Occupational rate:
50% to 100%
