In cooperation with external partners, you will independently take care of payroll processing and personnel administration for about 200 employees in the Kourim plant and, after working your way up, also in other smaller European branches of Arxada (e.g. in Poland, where we currently have 7 employees).
Responsibilities:

Preparation of documents for payroll processing, regular communication with Czech external payroll accountant and global payroll service provider (ADP)

Independent checking of monthly payroll processing results

Managing the attendance system and employee benefits

Administrative activities related to the HR agenda, including the management of employee personnel files

Recording and archiving payroll documents in accordance with legislation

Daily contact with employees and handling their requests, support in annual tax settlements

Supporting HR projects
What knowledge and skills you should have

Completed secondary/university education
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a manufacturing company

Very good knowledge of the Czech Labour Code

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Active knowledge of English - communication with ADP and EMEA payroll team
