Description
- Oversee general accounting activities (Record to Report - R2R) across multiple entities.
- Manage and account for general expenses.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and provide commentary.
- Assist in VAT and tax declaration preparation for review.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including filing and archiving accounting documents.
- Review and schedule supplier invoice payments (Procure to Pay - P2P).
- Prepare and monitor cash-flow reports.
- Coordinate with the collections department for accurate customer payment bookings (Order to Cash - O2C).
- Perform bank reconciliations and oversee bank accounting.
- Support administrative processes such as insurances, leasing, and rent at HQ level.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Appendices) for consolidation and audit.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process.
- Provide support on ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks.
Profile
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Fluent in French with a good command of English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in Swiss accounting standards is an advantage.
