As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments and levels, ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Reporting to HR leadership, you will also contribute to broader HR initiatives while occasionally traveling within Switzerland (~10% travel).

Description
Manage recruitment processes across all levels, including internships and talent programs.
Oversee the entire hiring cycle, from job approval to offer stage.
Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and candidate selection.
Draft and publish compelling job advertisements.
Screen and evaluate applications to identify top talent.
Conduct structured interviews and assessments.
Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment activities.
Train managers on hiring best practices and interview techniques.
Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment and education partners.
Support HR projects related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, including recruitment in Switzerland.
Background in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, or manufacturing) is a plus.
Fluent in French, with strong English skills (written and spoken). German is an advantage.
Service-oriented, pragmatic, and well-organized.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
