Your Tasks:
As a Clinical Education Manager, you will play a crucial role in the commercialization of molecular syndromic assays. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Providing education to hospital personal (physicians, nurses) on clinical pathways and the clinical utility of molecular syndromic testing.
- Working closely with the sales team to develop pre-sales and post-sales strategies.
- Driving demand and prescriptions in active accounts and converting leads into buying and prescribing customers.
You Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Clinical Education Manager position should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor degree in nursing, PharmD, or similar healthcare experience. Board certified Nurse practitioner, or Clinical infectious disease Pharmacist, with experience in hospital based clinical process implementation is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of continuous nursing experience or PharmD, combined with sales experience.
- Strong clinical background with lab process experience.
- Familiarity with infectious disease diagnosis, treatment and/or microbiology/virology methods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong scientific knowledge, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel 60% of the time
- English & German is a must, Swiss-german would be a great plus.
