The Finance & Controlling at EHL is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. It ensures effective cost management and provides strategic insights to support decision-making. The team monitors financial data, optimizes resource allocation, and ensures compliance with financial regulations. By delivering accurate reporting and analysis, the department contributes to EHL’s financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

The mission of the F&B Controller is to work within the Finance department, in close collaboration with the F&B teams and the Procurement department. As a key decision support person, you will lead the change to implement and enforce all policies and procedures related to all of EHL's F&B financial activities, necessary to optimize, control and evaluate the financial performance/output of this business area
What will you do?
- Ensure completeness and accurate data integration across systems (Delegate, TCPOS, MS365).
- Monitor and analyze profitability of each point of sale (POS). Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) and procedures to determine them.
- Participate in the migration to a new IT system, ensuring that the new system addresses all current pain points and enhances operational efficiency.
- Provide support in the implementation of the pricing policy and in the optimization of stock levels.
- Be a driving force in the implementation of corrective actions.
- Analyze COGS and manage inventory.
- Monthly reconciliation between systems and Actuals vs Budget / Forecasts.
- Implement internal control procedures and prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports for management.
- Provide support in the implementation of the pricing policy and in the optimization of stock levels.
- Support Accounting on closings.
Who you are?
- You have a higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or any other education deemed equivalent.
- You have 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in the hospitality industry within the F&B sector.
- You have strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- You are self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a quick aptitude for learning new IT systems.
- You have the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve cost efficiency and operational processes.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Delegate and TCPOS is highly advantageous.
- You have professional experience or knowledge of F&B point of sale, inventory and consumption systems (type DELEGATE).
- You are fluent in French and English (C1).
