Tâches
- Gérer le processus de contractualisation des fournisseurs d'études cliniques.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de gestion des études pour garantir la qualité des contrats.
- Participer à l'identification et à la sélection des fournisseurs, y compris la préparation des RFP.
Compétences
- Diplôme en sciences de la vie ou recherche clinique, 3-5 ans d'expérience.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Solide compréhension des directives réglementaires globales.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the efficiency and success of clinical trials within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about optimizing clinical trial processes and working with cutting-edge technologies.
Your tasks:
You will report to the Associate Director, Clinical Outsourcing and you will:
- Manage the contracting process for clinical study vendors, including vendor selection, budget and payment term negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with the study management team to ensure contracts support quality and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Participate in vendor identification, qualification, and selection activities, including RFP preparation.
- Oversee investigator grant budget negotiation and compliance.
- Oversee assigned vendors (e.g., IRT, eCOA, Central Lab).
- Identify and assess financial and operational risks.
- Contribute to financial transparency reporting (e.g., Sunshine Act compliance).
- Support the implementation and management of program-level contracts and budgets.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research and/or outsourcing in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in vendor oversight, contract and budget negotiation, and financial management.
- Experience in site contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory/industry guidelines (e.g., ICH/GCP).
- Proficiency in relevant software packages.
