Private Label Solutions’ global Sales Excellence Team seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team, who applies a strategic approach to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our commercial teams.
What you'll do:
In this pivotal role, you will partner with our Sales and functional teams to craft the foundation of PLS’ Sales Excellence. You will be responsible for the evolution of our sales blueprint and framework, driving sales efficiency and business growth. You will work closely with teams such as Sales Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, HR, and Sales Enablement to unlock PLS’ full potential. You will:

Support the Evolution of the Sales Operating Model: Align our sales organizational structure with our business strategy to achieve balanced growth. This includes:

Working closely with Sales leaders to ensure the sales blueprint and framework reflect the needs of the organization and prioritize our partners.

Partnering with HR to define role clarity for sales and ensuring the proficiency framework drives sales excellence.

Driving the evolution and adoption of the concepts defined in the sales blueprint and framework.

Defining and reviewing partner tier segmentation, driving adoption across the organization.

Craft Sales Incentive Plans: Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership to design sales incentive plans that drive excellence and support our strategic priorities. Lead any sales compensation-related projects, including vision, project delivery, and implementation.

Support Key Strategic Projects: Manage complex cross-functional workstreams across areas such as Product, Sales, HR, and Finance. Develop robust strategic and execution plans for new projects and processes.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with the Finance & Analytics teams to ensure business decisions and processes are underpinned with data insights. Conduct research and analysis, including partner feedback, to advise impactful business strategies and recommendations.

Measure Efficiency: Establish and use metrics to measure efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Program Management: Support the Head of Sales Excellence on key projects through program management, strategy, and/or business ownership.
Who you are:

Experienced in Sales Incentive Programs: Prior experience in designing and managing sales incentive programs.

Proven Experience in Sales Excellence Projects: Demonstrated success in running sales excellence projects.

Commercially-Minded: A strategic problem solver with a strong commercial acumen and an emphasis on sales excellence.

Action-Oriented: Able to make decisions even in the absence of flawless data and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong abilities in these areas.

Excellent Communicator: Robust communication skills with the ability to simplify and present information appropriately to a diverse range of audiences.

Collaborative: Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional global teams.

Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge of Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Industry Experience: Experience in the Travel B2B business is a plus.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
