We are seeking to recruit a master’s thesis Trainee (Data-Driven Optimization: Visualizing and Enhancing Digital Journey Adoption). You will be joining Pictet Wealth Management and will be part of the PWM COO Office team based in Geneva. The PWM COO Office aims, among other things, to support digital product owners by contributing to key activities of the development lifecycle.
We have a strong ambition for digitalization to enhance our employees' daily experience, which is the mission of our product owners, and tracking the data from our digital journey is crucial for driving this initiative, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
Your role
- Meet with various product owners to understand their key business journeys in their digitalization ambitions.
- Collaborate with the change management team to translate this understanding into a relevant measures and data set that enables tracking usage and adoption.
- With the support of our data experts, build and distribute dashboards reflecting usage and adoption objectives (using Tableau).
- Act as a proactive contributor by identifying customer journey optimizations.
Your profile
- Strong analytical skills and ability to model information.
- Experienced in data visualization techniques and tools like Tableau.
- Initiative and commitment, self-motivation and ability to work independently while sharing with others.
- Fluent in French and excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, investment principles (a plus).
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
