Your mission :
To strengthen our Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join us in supporting a well-established private bank in Geneva. You will serve as the primary interface between technology and specific business areas, identifying requirements and process specifications while collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Responsibilities :
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts to define functional specifications and evaluation criteria for project management solutions that meet their needs.
- You will help identify business requirements by describing them in detail, including their boundaries and limitations.
- You will break down project management solutions into manageable, independent components to facilitate easier implementation.
- You will serve as a point of reference for the business needs of our internal and external clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly defined and validated.
- You will work closely with architects to maintain a clear mapping of functions fulfilled and those needed by the project management system.
- You will outline the tests required to validate the functionalities including scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- You will monitor and analyze project performance metrics, focusing on Client Life Cycle Management (CLM) processes and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
