The incumbent will retain, grow, and gain KCP business with existing and prospective customers. The incumbent is expected to identify, develop, and manage major end users and selected distribution channels to increase KCP market share in target segments in the Philippines, including and not limited to Office Building, Lodging, Food Processing & Food Service, Healthcare, Aviation, Industrial Manufacturing, Oil & Gas segments to deliver invoiced sales value and operating profit targets within authorized trade spending and selling expense budgets. The segment offerings included are disposable paper towels, wipers, and skin care along with other products manufactured or sold by Kimberly-Clark Professional’s division for use in commercial, industrial, and institutional market
Role Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Formulates sales strategy for achieving own targets by managing sales opportunities and pipelines. Utilizes Salesforece.com (SFDC) and Sales Territory Plan (STP) to manage opportunities and for reporting purposes.
- Approaches top end-users and distributors, applying Strategic Key Account Management Skills and Distributor Management skills for growth and business retention.
- Ensures quality and quantity of face to face and virtual meetings with Top Key end-users and distributors are executed to achieve growth budgets.
- Will liaise with internal Customer Service team and Senior Business Development Manager to ensure prompt servicing of the distributors / end users and address any potential matters that occur along with DSO conformance.
- Consistently upselling to strategic key customers with different KCP brands and product lines, securing deeper Share of Wallet for Kimberly-Clark Professional*
- In charge of own sales capability. Embed Challenger Selling Skills for selected top customers and prospects. Actively be engaged in coaching calls and work on feedback from KCP’s Senior Business Development Manager and Commercial Leader.
- Supports market audit initiated by Marketing team to identify market potential, get feedback from strategic key customers, and gain valuable insights on competitive environment.
- Develops and maintains sound relationship with distributors’ sales personnel to incorporate KCP conceptual selling approach, product knowledge, and shorten the sales cycle in generating new sales.
- Works with the team to develop a winning culture and embeds Our Ways Of Working in daily activities.
- Communicates efficiently and effectively with line manager and colleagues. Establishes sound relationship with distributors’ personnel, and colleagues of various internal departments to uphold our KC Compass.

Essential Requirements
- Undergraduate degree is required. MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer software Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point.
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience on field sales, key account, and distributor management.
- 4-year College degree – any business-related course is an advantage
- Preferably with business-to-business sales background
- Demonstrated competence and success in prior sales post; having initiative, flexibility, patience, and personal integrity are absolute requirements.
- Fluency in oral and written communication
- Computer literate with willingness to upgrade his/her computer knowledge / skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and transfer knowledge to others are clear advantages.
