The Sustainable Hospitality Services department is responsible for managing facilities and daily life on campus as well as integrating sustainability into the development of EHL Group's global strategy and activities. The mission of the department is to ensure a healthy and safe campus that provides excellent services, including reception, accommodation for students and external guests, as well as the cleaning of facilities.

The mission of the Housing Coordinator is to support the coordination of housing operations on EHL campus, including room allocations, student and guest arrivals, and day-to-day housing procedures. The role ensures smooth room reservations, timely responses to housing inquiries, and efficient communication between departments, while maintaining a high level of service for students, staff, and external guests.
What will you do?
- Actively participate in the daily administration of the department.
- Administration of long-term contract arrivals and departures on the EHL campus (including room inventory).
- Coordinate housing activities, including group and individual reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, access card management, and payments processes.
- Point of Contact for internal and external customer inquiries /issues relating to the Housing sector.
- Liaison between EHL departments for reporting , processes and information (SHS, Events, Security, Housing etc).
- Assist in the planning and execution of housing events and activities.
- Attend some evening and weekend events. An overnight room will be made available.
- Contribute to the various projects of the " Housing " sector.
- Update processes and practices for the Housing and Reception department.
Who you are?
- You have minimum a CFC de commerce or equivalent degree in Hospitality / Customer service.
- You have 3 years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years in a similar position.
- You have strong coordination skills, able to manage room allocations, arrivals, and departures smoothly.
- You have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- You are highly organized and capable of executing multiple housing tasks while staying flexible and handling pressure periods and priorities.
- You are autonomous and responsible, you have a strong service orientation.
- You have good knowledge of computer tools, such as Microsoft Office and good knowledge of specialized software in the field of activity.
- You have excellent level of written and oral communication in English and French (C1).
