Are you an IT/IS Policy and Procedure Consultant with at least 5 years professional experience and proven experience in technical process/policy documentation writing, and proven experience in optimisation of Information System or Software development processes?

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
• ITIL Certification
• Overall 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in technical process/policy documentation writing.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
