The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. As a Funds and Private Assets Tax Specialist based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that is central in supporting the operational teams involved in tax and regulatory matters related to fund and private asset investments made by our clients.
Your role
- Preparing tax data and statements for reporting investments in US partnerships by clients and providing this information to our counterparties.
- Gathering on fund platforms, analysing and dispatching the tax documents received for investments in funds.
- Actively taking part in improving data and documentation extraction tools.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional fashion.
- Managing related risks for clients and the bank.
- Carrying out other tasks such as answering tax and regulatory-related requests from funds and private asset counterparties, depending on the workload.
Your profile
- Swiss CFC diploma in commerce and/or bachelor’s degree from HEG.
- One to three years’ experience in banking operations.
- Advanced user of Excel and generally at ease with new IT/data systems.
- Rigorous, autonomous, discreet, solution-oriented and team player.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
