Funds and Private Assets Tax Specialist

Technology & Operations division designs and integrates software applications ranging from portfolio management systems and trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. As a Funds and Private Assets Tax Specialist based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that is central in supporting the operational teams involved in tax and regulatory matters related to fund and private asset investments made by our clients. 
 

Your role

• Preparing tax data and statements for reporting investments in US partnerships by clients and providing this information to our counterparties.


• Gathering on fund platforms, analysing and dispatching the tax documents received for investments in funds.


• Actively taking part in improving data and documentation extraction tools.


• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional fashion.


• Managing related risks for clients and the bank.


• Carrying out other tasks such as answering tax and regulatory-related requests from funds and private asset counterparties, depending on the workload.

Your profile

• Swiss CFC diploma in commerce and/or bachelor’s degree from HEG.


• One to three years’ experience in banking operations.


• Advanced user of Excel and generally at ease with new IT/data systems.


• Rigorous, autonomous, discreet, solution-oriented and team player.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks.


• Fluent in French and English.


• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
