e are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to support our customers in defining and optimizing their Salesforce ecosystem. Your role will also be to guide our consultants and technical experts in the implementation of solutions adapted to the needs of each project.
Beyond your technical and functional expertise in Salesforce solutions, we expect strong interpersonal skills to support our offers to our customers and prospects.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and Architecture: Design the architecture of Salesforce solutions in alignment with the business needs and technical constraints of the customers.
- Evaluation and Recommendation: Identify and propose standard or customized Salesforce solutions adapted to each context.
- Technical Documentation: Write and maintain essential documents, such as architecture diagrams, technical files, or interface contracts.
- Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders (technical teams, business lines, Salesforce experts).
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that the solutions offered are in line with Salesforce's long-term strategy and best practices.
- Quality of Solutions: Ensure the scalability, security and maintainability of the solutions implemented.
- Team Coaching: Support the technical teams in the development and implementation of defined solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Technology Watch: Constantly monitor to stay up to date on innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., AI, Agentforce).
- Pre-Sales Support: Participate in the pre-sales phases with the sales teams to analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions.
Exigences
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with proficiency in multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Mulesoft, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce tools and technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, REST/SOAP API, etc.
- Documentation: Ability to structure and document complex technical architectures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and facilitation of workshops with multidisciplinary teams. We are proactive in improving our offers and detecting business opportunities.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is imperative. German is an asset.
- Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) appreciated.
- Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to operate in dynamic environments.
- Pre-Sales: Experience in contributing to the pre-sales phases of projects.
