Vehicle Fleet Associate

Purpose of the role

This role manages FSF, fleet, and corporate vehicles, ensuring efficient leasing contract administration. Key duties include record-keeping, reporting, service coordination, liaising with the leasing company, and incident management. The position also supports corporate requests, training, audits, and cost control while ensuring compliance with EHS, inspections, and local regulations for safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing, planning and supervising the fleet operation through suppliers. Have knowledge of distribution to the retail channel.
• Have experience carrying out logistics improvement and efficiency projects. Management of various company resources (material, financial and human). Promote the scope to 90% of the KPIs designed by Management.
• Promote the implementation of improvement and efficiency projects.
• Coordinate and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the different units Development of KPI´s.
• Follow-up on claims before Insurance, Public Prosecutor's Office and Adjusters.
• Utility Car Control.
• Management of Vehicle Automotive Procedures.
