We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Communications Specialist to lead communication initiatives This role requires someone who takes initiative, navigates complex environments, and is comfortable interacting with key stakeholders at all levels.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans
- Engage with key stakeholders, attend meetings, and take actionable notes
- Design and deploy multi-channel communications (digital platforms, videos, presentations, newsletters, print materials)
- Write, proofread, and simplify texts, speeches, and announcements
- Manage and optimize intranet pages and the Workplace platform for Operations
- Lead communication efforts on key topics organize events (webcasts, forums, etc.)
Profile
What Will Make You Successful
? Languages: Full proficiency in English >=C1 (French is a plus)
? Technical Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Acrobat
? Communication & Adaptability: Ability to engage with key stakeholders and adapt to various communication needs (proofreading, writing, project management)
? Autonomy & Initiative: A go-getter who actively seeks information on-site, absorbs key insights from meetings, and works independently
? Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality communication deliverables
Job Offer
Location: 100% On-Site in Vevey, Monday to Friday
