This role, based in Geneva, requires exceptional organisational abilities, impeccable attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering first-class service. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and English, capable of multitasking efficiently, and experienced in managing both professional and personal tasks for high-level executives.

What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the senior leadership team. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use as you manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel arrangements, handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Your ability to multitask will be essential as you prepare high-quality reports, oversee event planning, conduct research to support decision-making processes.
* Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives
* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate international travel arrangements
* Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence, calls, and requests with professionalism and discretion
* Prepare and edit high-quality reports, presentations, and confidential documents
* Handle personal tasks, including property management, personal travel, and lifestyle-related arrangements
* Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure all administrative procedures comply with company policies
* Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
What you bring:
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international corporate environment
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
