Job Description:
J&J Innovative Medicine, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Area Business Manager – Immunology located in Mumbai. The position is of a Team handling role and the incumbent will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of District Managers/Product Specialists/Zonal Sales Managers to deliver budget achievement, drive business growth in assigned territory, maintaining effective customer relations, mapping and realizing territory potential, cascading science behind brands with unique benefits, augmenting value proposition of portfolio, launching new products and indications, collaborating with Scientific Leaders and bringing critical insights to enable proactive business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in assigned territory through the team of DMs/Sr. DMs/PS/ZSM by delivering on budgeted sales objectives on a continuous basis through effective customer relationship management, distributor management, inventory management, etc., in adherence to the company’s compliance standards
- Build sustainable, long term relationships with Scientific Leaders in assigned territory
- Help create and execute plan for conducting scientific activities such as CMEs, develop account-specific strategic & tactical plans, and ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns in order to achieve objectives through sales and develop excellent relationship with Scientific Leaders in the prescribed territory
- Map potential of territory & expand prescriber base
- Analyze sales reports, forecasts, ICONNECT dashboard and other SFE reports
- Review and analyze new patient recruitment trend, adherence, brand sales and establish connect of outcome with SFE efforts
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution
