To complete the team, the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences and the Institute of Psychology is looking for a
Junior Lecturer in social psychology (Postdoctoral position)
in Fabrizio Butera’s team, Professor of Social Psychology, Social Psychology Laboratory ( UNILaPS ) (see recent publications for examples).

Expected start date in position : January 1st, 2025
Contract length : 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years
Activity rate : 100 %
Starting annual salary: 82'664 CHF
Workplace : Lausanne-Dorigny, Géopolis Building
Your responsibilities
50% of the activity rate will be devoted to research: collaborative research in the field of educational and/or environmental social psychology with the person in charge of the position ; development of new projects; writing articles.
50% of the activity rate will be devoted to teaching and teaching support: participation in the supervision of students' theses, participation in the correction of the teacher's exams, co-leading and organization of course-seminars; participation in the administrative and organizational tasks of the institute and/or the Faculty may also be requested.

Your qualifications
- PhD degree in Psychology, or related discipline ;
- One year of post-doctoral experience ;
- Research programme in the domain of social psychology of education and/or environmental social psychology ;
- A focus on mechanisms of individual, collective or social change would be an asset ;
- Extensive experience in research methods and quantitative data analysis ;
- Published work in peer reviewed journals ;
- Knowledge of both English and French (teaching activities are normally carried out in French; research activities in English) ;
- Willingness to join the Social Psychology lab (UNILaPS) ;
- Cooperative attitude and desire to collaborate with colleagues within and outside the lab.
