Are you ready to ensure the resilience of Axpo’s critical IT systems and lead the strategic IT portfolio? As the Group IT Resilience & Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in both safeguarding IT operations and managing high-impact initiatives. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across Group IT to ensure preparedness for critical IT incidents and deliver business-aligned portfolio outcomes.

What you will do:

• Lead IT emergency preparedness, ensuring readiness for incidents like system outages or cyber-attacks


• Coordinate IT emergency management processes, aligned with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies


• Deliver training and facilitate drills to ensure the team is prepared for emergencies


• Collaborate with Group IT and Crisis Management teams to integrate IT risks into the broader organizational strategy


• Set up, manage and execute the Group IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals


• Facilitate decision-making and prioritization with key stakeholders, driving agile execution and progress tracking

What you bring & who you are:

• Expertise in IT emergency response and crisis management, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity risks


• Strong communicator, adept at working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencing leadership decisions


• Proven experience in Portfolio Management, with over 5 years in Agile environments


• Skilled in agile methodologies and practices, driving continuous improvement


• Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and tools like Jira


• Fluent in German and English; Spanish other languages can bebeneficial.
