The mission of the Institute of Nutrition Intern is to support the R&D team to develop a new type of food product.
What will you do?
- Review literature on the subject.
- Design experiments based on the various parameters to be tested.
- Carry out tests and analyze data (chemical and mechanical analysis).
- Present results and write report.
Who you are?
- You are an engineering student in food technology, materials science or related field.
- You are curious, detail-oriented, and have a collaborative mindset.
- You have interest in product and process development.
- You have experience working in a laboratory environment.
- You are proficiency in English or French.
- You are available for a 3 to 6-month internship.
