You will be part of HR, People Operations Team, and responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle. How you can make an impact
- You will be responsible for the whole administrative life cycle of an employee (e.g., on/off-boarding, parental leave, reference letter process, contractual changes, direct contact with authorities)
- You will work closely with the payroll team by e.g., keeping the employee data in the core system up to date (SAP), entering variable data, processing child allowance, etc.
- Engage daily with internal clients, coordinating and optimizing complex processes, and providing support during escalations
- Continuously improve and digitalize HR processes as part of HR projects, taking on exciting additional tasks
Who we are looking for
- You have a proactive mindset and the ability to easily connect, collaborate and build relationships within and outside of HR; you can work independently in a fast-paced, international environment, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels and being a good team player
- Commercial or academic background with HR specialization (e.g., HR Assistant or HR Specialist certification) or related field
- You have at least three years of proven experience in HR Operations in Switzerland
- You have a solid knowledge of Swiss labour law
- You can show a high degree of structure and self-organization, an independent working style, and are deadline-oriented
- You ideally have Project Management experience and analytical skills with attention to detail
- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and you are familiar with the tools SAP HCM and ServiceNow
- You are fluent in English, and French or German
