To expand our team, we're looking for HR Intern.
What to expect?
- Creation of various Excel spreadsheets
- Presentation of various processes on Word
- Collecting, archiving and maintaining various documents
- Supporting the implementation of employee-related events
- Sending pay slips by post
- Checking and validating holiday/overtime balances of all employees
- Checking the specified holiday and overtime balances
- Send reminders by mail to employees and managers
Tasks in the area of Human Resources:
- Hiring
- Completing and archiving resignation dossiers
- Manage documents for social insurance
- Accident reports (French / German / English)
- Registering for family allowances (French / German)
- Process incoming and outgoing HR mail
- Keeping the agenda and minutes of the weekly HR meeting (English)
- Writing references and interim reports (German / English)
