The School of Practical Arts department at EHL is dedicated to hands-on education in the hospitality arts, combining operational expertise with excellence. It trains students in essential skills such as culinary arts, service, and hotel management in a real-world environment. Through an immersive approach guided by industry experts, students develop high standards of professionalism and precision. The mission of the F&B Coordinator is to manage the administrative tasks of the F&B department within the EHL Group.
What will you do?
- Ensure administrative and operational support for the F&B department.
- Create and follow-up purchase requisitions in our internal systems.
- Manage the internal F&B communication with different tools.
- Be the person in charge of centralizing all the F&B information.
- Act as a liaison with external and internal partners.
- Assist the Executive Chef and Director of F&B in their administrative task.
- Participate in various F&B related projects and create presentations.
- Provide occasional support to the operational.
Who you are?
- You have CFC or equivalent qualification.
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, an experience in the F&B industry would be an advantage.
- You have very good command of current computer tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel…), D365 being a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization as well as with external partners.
- You have methodical and structured analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information.
- You are flexible and rigorous personality with a methodical and structured mind.
- You have good capacity to work in a transverse, collaborative and also autonomous way.
- You have knowledge of hygiene law would be an asset.
- You are fluent in French and in English.
