Day Reliability Technician

In this role, you will:
- Support the planning and execution of daily/weekly preventative maintenance activities including work and parts preparation. Actively participate in failure analysis and equipment/ systems troubleshooting.
- Provide routine maintenance training to team members. Participate in cost effective decision making, identifying, and maintaining critical spare part inventory levels. Lead and execute repairs on high-speed manufacturing equipment.
- Actively participate in the design, implementation, and upgrade of all reliability programs.
- Develop and document reliability activities such as PM development and health check findings.
- Set up and operate all types of mechanical tools which could include general machinist tools and alignment devices.
- Proficiencies in the assembly, disassembly and installation of mechanical systems and components commonly found on high-speed rotating equipment and safe execution of rigging and large equipment transportation.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate
- Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills; Excel, MS Word, email, SAP
- Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
- Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
- Applicants for this job must have completed a Mechanical/Electrician Apprenticeship program, or an Associate’s Degree or greater in a Mechanical/Electrical field, with a minimum of three (3) years-experience; OR equivalent Military Education/Training, OR 7 years’ experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician in an industrial manufacturing environment
Preferred mechanical skills in the following areas:
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Mechanical drives
- Layout, blueprint reading
- Basic machining/fabrication skills
- Lathes, milling machines, drill presses
- Sheet metal fabrication
Preferred electrical skills in the following areas:
- AC and DC circuit troubleshooting
- Motor and motor controls including drives
- Programmable logic controllers
- Pneumatics & hydraulics
- Interpret ladder logic
- P&IDs
