- Expérience en réception hôtelière appréciée, bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais.
- Talent commercial et sens du service client.

Job Description
How does your working day looks like...
- Designing and curating the hotel store range
- Collaboration with the various suppliers and our head office
- Launching cooperations
- Proactive sales advice and optimization
- Contact person for hotel guests regarding events, gastronomy, culture and public transport
- Training in the areas of store range and concierge services
- Supervision of the rental bike stock
- Shared responsibility for budget preparation. Responsible for sales and inventory
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV...
- Confident and winning demeanor
- Sales talent
- Professional experience at a hotel reception is an advantage
- Independent and organized way of working
- Great quality and service awareness
- Very good knowledge of German and English
