We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a 9-month contract to support our talented group of professionals during a significant restructuring phase. You will play a crucial role in driving HR operations and initiatives during this period of change. You will work closely with HR Generalists, providing guidance and support in various HR functions, mobility, and HR operations.

The role will start ASAP and for 9 months.
Missions
- Strategic HR Support: Provide strategic HR guidance to the talent group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to the overall success of the restructuring process.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage HR operations, including the issuance of work certificates, mobility processes, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and ensuring smooth transitions for employees during the restructuring.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices that attract and retain top talent.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective implementation to meet organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR Generalists and other HR team members to deliver comprehensive HR services and support across the organization.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including work certificates and mobility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR Generalists and other team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- French and English - Fluency
- Swiss labor law knowledge mandatory.
Conditions et Avantages
9 months - Temporary role - 2 days per week of home office.
