Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the interface between ABB’s Information Systems and internal customers, using storytelling and cross-media communication to accompany end users on their journey towards the digital workplace. You will oversee the planning and implementation of internal communication activities within ABB Switzerland and join global activities from Group Communications and Group Information Systems.The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion Business Information Systems Function in Baden-Dättwil, Switzerland.You will be mainly accountable for:• Proposing and implementing internal communication plans, ensuring alignment with management, stakeholders, and budget constraints.• Developing creative concepts for communication materials, adhering to corporate branding guidelines, and overseeing internal/external resources.• Organizing internal events, exhibitions, and roadshows to enhance user awareness and supporting business activities.• Managing internal communications, fostering cross-team collaboration, and assisting in change management and training for digital workplace adoption.
Qualifications for the role
- Solid educational background in Internal Communications and Change Management (at least a Fachhochschule level).
- Experience in Internal Communications.
- Proficiency with MS Office Tools as PowerPoint and Publishing Tools.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (C1) and German (C1).
