Bcomp Ltd. is a young and dynamic Swiss company specialised in the development, marketing and sales of natural fibre composite solutions for high performance applications. With a background in the sports industry, we are now focusing on establishing ourselves in the mobility market. We develop sustainable lightweighting solutions based on natural fibres in close collaboration with our customers, in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment.
To strengthen its HR team, Bcomp is, ideally as of 1st of April, looking for a
Main Tasks and Responsabilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Process Optimisation
- Develop and implement efficient recruitment tools to streamline and accelerate the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve the candidate experience.
- Ensure recruitment aligns with business growth needs and fosters a strong employer brand.
Employee Retention & Engagement
- Design and execute a retention plan to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
- Develop strategies for career growth, internal mobility, and professional development.
- Partner with managers to enhance employee experience and engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement recognition programs to enhance motivation and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR to continuously improve compensation and benefits strategies
- Organise programs to promote work-life balance, stress management, and overall job satisfaction.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Develop and drive Diversity & Inclusion strategies to ensure an equitable and inclusive work environment.
- Implement policies and training programs that foster a diverse and respectful workplace culture.
- Ensure DEI principles are embedded in recruitment and retention strategies.
Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
- HR certificate or equivalent
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee retention, and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruiting highly qualified profiles in the industrial sector (automotive industry is a strong plus)
- Previous experience in a scale-up and/or international environment is an advantage
- Ability to develop employee engagement and wellbeing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Fluent in English and French mandatory
- Able to work autonomously and share relevant information with the team
- Structured way of working with an ability to handle many projects in parallel
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and energetic mindset – everything is possible!
