We are seeking a Trilingual (French - English and German) Sales Administrator to strengthen our client's Sales Administration team.

Description
Responsibilities
- Sales Support in English, French and German
- Manage all incoming contacts (phone, emails) and respond to client inquiries.
- Oversee the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and deadlines.
- Monitor deliveries and handle disputes and claims.
Administrative Support for Field Sales Teams
- Create new client accounts in the ERP system.
- Update client records and commercial terms.
- Proofread and edit commercial materials translated into German.
- Enter purchase orders and issue customer invoices.
- Manage invoices and collections in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Provide operational support to field sales representatives.
Administrative Support for the Sales Manager (Switzerland) and Export Manager
- Ensure product listing with wholesalers and pharmacy chains.
- Assist in the preparation of trade shows.
- Monitor the execution of contracts and commercial agreements.
- Be proactive in responding to requests from sales management.
- Prepare sales reports.
Profile
- Proven experience in Sales Administration or commercial support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and team spirit.
- Fluent in French, German, and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in business software tools (ERP, CRM, Excel).
Job Offer
- 6 month contract with possibility to become permanent.
- Hybrid model: 2 days working from home.
- Possibility to work 80%.
