We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
Schindler is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Visitor Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional visitor experiences at Schindler City and during global trade fair events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors.
Some of your exciting challenges include:- Curating and managing exceptional visits and events within Schindler City, showcasing our innovations.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance the visitor experience, ensuring every detail is top-notch.
- Optimizing the use of Schindler City and its state-of-the-art facilities to deliver seamless and impactful experiences.
- Coordinating with partners across F&B, hotels, transport, and more to ensure flawless logistics and a smooth customer journey.
- Driving the promotion and marketing of Schindler City, elevating its global presence and reputation.
- Leading Schindler's engagement at global trade fairs, guiding subsidiaries on local event strategies and maximizing brand impact.
You are a customer-focused professional with excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. You thrive on solving challenges and ensuring every detail is perfectly executed. Further requirements may include:
- Completed professional training or university degree in Event Management, Tourism or Business Administration
- Experience in managerial position in the area of tourism and/or event management
- Sound knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated project and/or team leadership capabilities
- Experience in trade fair participation/organisation a plus
- Fluency in German and English, additional languages are a plus
