About our client
For our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, we are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager EMEA (m/w/d). The company is renowned for its innovative solutions in neuroscience and its commitment to improving patient outcomes globally.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders to support commercial operations
- Facilitate efficient communication and provide comprehensive support to customers
- Manage and triage incoming emails and inquiries related to Zolgensma, both internally and externally
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Operations and Logistics & Distribution teams to initiate supply processes upon order receipt
- Oversee the generation and management of sales orders in SAP
- Monitor order status, manage document requests, and ensure proper handling of purchase orders and consignees
- Provide delivery updates to hospitals and distributors
- Submit e-invoices for specific countries via online platforms
- Collaborate closely with Finance teams in Prague and Zurich
- Develop, update, and manage SOPs, Work Instructions, and Best Practice Processes
- Ensure adherence to all Ethics, Risk & Compliance policies and manage associated processes
Your Profile
- Background in business and/or scientific fields such as biology, pharmaceuticals, or medicine
- Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
- Experience in supply chain operations or related fields, preferably in an above-country role
- Familiarity with SAP and e-invoicing systems is an advantage
