DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
Order Processing and Management:
- Efficiently handle incoming customer orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing.
- Track order progress and manage any backlog, taking full responsibility for necessary follow-up actions.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies by raising Non-Conformities (NC) in compliance with established protocols.
- Manage credits, rebills, and returns related to orders as required, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure proper resolution.
- Investigate disputed invoices within your area of responsibility and ensure timely resolution and closure.
Customer Support and Relationship Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints received through phone calls or emails, addressing topics such as pricing, product availability, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to assist customers effectively.
- Communicate relevant updates and important information to customers and field operations to maintain seamless collaboration.
- Identify and suggest updates or improvements to procedures and work instructions, reporting them to your supervisor when necessary.
Business Continuity and Contribution:
- Actively participate in daily management activities, contributing to business continuity and supporting departmental goals.
- Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery by maintaining strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience:
- Ideally, experience in a customer support center or within a customer service administration role.
- Previous experience in handling customer interactions, both via phone and email, is highly valued.
Communication Skills:
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and strong communication abilities.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Dutch (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1).
- French (B2) proficiency is desirable, and any additional European language is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, focusing on critical tasks and high-priority assignments.
- Capable of efficiently managing time and prioritizing deliverables to meet business needs.
