Your responsibilities

• Implementing and managing measures to achieve quality goals
• Monitoring and evaluating actions to achieve quality goals
• Supporting production plants during on-site visits
• Supporting plants and developing action plans to reduce customer requirements or recurring complaints, with a special focus on technical solutions
• Ensuring the adoption of quality procedures and methods
• Training plants in operational quality tools
• Collecting, evaluating, and preparing reports as required by the operations manager

Your qualifications

• Focus on leading, process and product standards, verification, and performance
• Supporting continuous improvement of defects, quality costs, customer performance, and launch activities within the plant team
• Collecting and analyzing reported data for improvements
• Involvement in lessons learned from problem-solving
• Sharing gained insights
• Improving quality both internally and externally
• Coaching production plants to improve operational performance through problem-solving
• Training plants in operational quality methods and systems
• Training plant quality engineers on their key duties
• Advanced knowledge of English (both spoken and written, at least at B2 level)
