Our client seeks a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide and support their agile team in delivering digital products efficiently. This role is based in Lausanne with remote work options.

Description
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Support capacity planning and budget follow-up.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to Agile processes.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies.
- Monitor and report on team performance and progress.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
- Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with capacity planning and budget management.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
