VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Sr. Manager of Consumer Analytics to join our Strategy and Insights team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As Sr. Manager of Consumer Analytics you will partner closely with brand teams in EMEA – across marketing, merchandising, planning, finance – to drive data-driven decisions aimed at improving acquisition, engagement, and retention of our consumer base, ultimately expanding consumer lifetime value (CLV).
This role focuses on leveraging data to fuel growth, combining deep analytical skills with strategic foresight and ability to influence business teams. By identifying actionable insight and unlocking growth opportunities through the lens of consumer value, you will play a key role in shaping VF’s consumer-centric culture and growth agenda.
We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the Sr. Manager of Consumer Analytics role:
- Lead the development and activation across brands in EMEA of key consumer analytics frameworks and deliverables (e.g., consumer base audit)
- Partner directly with brand teams in EMEA to analyze consumer behavior, identify actionable insights, and recommend strategies to optimize consumer-driven value creation
- Proactively generate forward-looking recommendations to unlock growth opportunities, presenting findings and actionable strategies to leadership teams
- Design and analyze experiments to assess – through the lens of consumer value – the efficacy of growth initiatives and inform brand and platform roadmaps and decisions
- Partner with data science teams to advance and expand the adoption of predictive CLV across multiple use case scenarios (e.g., marketing, product, planning)
Skills for Success
To succeed as Sr Manager, Consumer Analytics you must translate complex consumer data into actionable insights and influence multiple stakeholders. Rigorous analytical skills, combined with communication and influencing skills will help you drive impact, behavior change, and consumer-centric culture. We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in consumer analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within a consumer business or digital marketplace environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; proficiency with data visualization tools
- Creative and collaborative approach to analytical problem-solving
- Solid understanding of testing principles, experimental design frameworks, and advanced testing methodologies (e.g., multivariate analysis, causal inference, DiD, etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required, Python skills preferred
- Self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Curiosity and commitment to embrace and leverage AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
