DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
PROFIL ATTENDU
- Perform all accounting activities (AP, AR, FA, ICO, GL, payroll, accruals, deferred,?)
- Maintain subledger accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies on a monthly basis
- Monitor cash including hedge exposure
- Prepare and submit VAT declarations
- Prepare Statutory Accounts on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Calculate Taxes, follow up on declarations and corporate
- Participate actively in Global taxes projects including transfer pricing, IP
- Execute internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX
- Participation in Audits
- Assist Head of Finance on special requests
PROFIL ATTENDU
- Education in Accounting with 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Swiss GAAP (Statutory vs US GAAP)
- High skill/knowledge in Swiss fiscality and VAT
- Must have a highly analytical and process-driven approach, with attention to details
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Capability in multi-tasking, including prioritization of work and management / organization of time
- Must have a high level of IT system aptitude with a strong emphasis on accounting systems (ideally Oracle), Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively in French and English (oral and written)
