Become part of On's unique rotational development program - the Product Creation Academy. This 2 year journey is designed to develop you into a true functional expert with the potential to grow in our dynamic organization. You will have the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the product creation process by rotating through 4 different teams (i.e. Product Strategy, Product Creation, Costing & Sourcing, Product Operations or Innovation). But that’s not all! One of your rotations will take you to vibrant Vietnam, where you will learn first-hand what it takes to bring our products to life. To top it off, you’ll receive personalized mentorship from one of our senior leaders, ensuring you make the most of this transformative experience.

Your Mission

Over the course of the program, you will be part of 4 different teams and experience how i.e. the Product Strategy, Product Creation, Costing & Sourcing, Product Operations or Innovation areas work. From consumer research and building a compelling brief, to innovating with materials, learning to use 3D tools for digital creation, helping to engineer and test prototypes, and supporting production and quality teams in the factories - over the 24-months, you will gain invaluable experience and a holistic understanding of the product creation process. It will set you up for success to start as a true functional expert in one of the teams and fuel your long-term growth journey at On.
