Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote industrial automation and software solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of the solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize sales proposals and contracts, ensuring profitable business deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade fairs to promote products and services.
Your Profile
You are a results-driven professional with a passion for industrial automation and software solutions, capable of navigating complex sales processes and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in software sales, industrial automation, or related industries, with a history of successful business development.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of industrial software solutions and automation technologies.
- Experience in selling customized software solutions for industrial applications.
- Strong understanding of industrial software solutions and automation technologies.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.

- Languages:
- German native speaker with fluency in English.
- French is a plus.
- German native speaker with fluency in English.
